The goal of this page is to briefly present one of the programs I made while working at the IBOIS EPFL laboratory.
This program works in collaboration with another program : the
multiresolution mesh editor.
The purpose of the Subdivision Scheme Editor is to be able to :
- create 1D subdivision scheme transformation matrices.
- create 2D and 3D subdivision schemes by Kronecker product on the matrices (tensor product on curves) of 1D schemes.
- edit the transformation matrices and immediately visualise corresponding subdivision structures.
- save and load subdivision schemes, export them towards the multiresolution mesh editor.
